Inghild Kaarstad, is currently serving as the Team Lead for Energy and Petroleum at Standards Norway. In her role, she oversees resource allocation and maintains quality standards in NORSOK and ISO.

 

With extensive experience in field development at Aker Solutions and Aibel, spanning from new build to offshore wind projects, she brings invaluable expertise in project management, process engineering, and change management. Inghild's diverse background includes roles as a project manager, department manager, and discipline engineer, reflecting her adeptness in navigating complex challenges and fostering talent development.
